Hawaii, Puerto Rico, Alaska, Canada, and Virgin Island Customers will have a shipping charge that varies from what is listed. Please contact us via email or telephone (518-758-7060) if you wish to know your exact shipping and handling charge. Normal Delivery Time is 12 Business Days, custom doors may take longer.
It is your responsibility to provide accurate finished measurements when placing an order for a tub or shower door(s) with American Shower and Tub Door. Should the door(s) ordered not fit due to incorrect measurements, color choice or glass style, it is your responsibility to pay for any shipping or return charges and any new charges when ordering the new door(s). This same policy would apply in instances of any installation related damages caused by the customer. Custom made door(s) cannot be returned.
American Shower and Tub Door is not responsible for damages caused by the shipper. All claims must be made through the shipping party.
